Post-Graduation Dinner

After my Graduation we headed to Sprinkles to have a post-graduation dinner.

My Tita and I loved this cos the meat was really tender and the sauce was really creamy. But she said, she can do something like this better. Hahaha :D 


1/4 Roast Chicken with carrots and corn 
sautéed on garlic and butter

This is my order :) I wanted it 1/2 but my Mom said that's too much so I had 1/4. The chicken was also tender but it taste like what we are buying at European Rotisserie (Mall Chicken Stand) By the way I love the side dish cos you can really smell and taste the "garlic-y" flavor.

The owner said that this fish came all the way from Vietnam. And so, I googled it -- According to wikipedia it is a  large-eyed, silvery, deep-bodied, laterally compressed, and roughly discoid marine fish and it is considered as excellent food fish. All right then, but their fish fillet was really salty and Lola didn't even finished it eating.
