If you're a nursing student you will treat this piece of shit as your life. Yes I know, it's a just a plain sheet of paper with tables and those stuffs like diagnosis, what operation, doctor's name and things like that. I don't know but everyone is going gaga over this. A portfolio or clear book is a must have once you received this. (especially when it's already signed by the dean and chief nurse) Gaaad! And everyone's becoming paranoid once they misplace it or what.

And when it comes to this everyone's TOXIC!!!
